We try to make our animal experience as accessible as possible, but unfortunately due to the nature of working with animals and the working environment, it isn’t possible to accommodate everyone.

Any of our guests with a registered disability taking part in an animal experience can bring an essential companion along with them free of charge.
We are proud to partner with Nimbus Disability, operators of the Access Card scheme, who process all essential companion (previously ‘Carer’) eligibility. You will now need to apply online for an Access Card through Nimbus Disability, at least 10 days before visiting. We are unable to accept any same-day applications.
We have always been proud to offer free essential companion tickets for guests who require additional assistance when visiting our park and now with this new process, it means you will no longer need to bring confidential and sensitive documents with you on the day.
Please note that essential companions will not be able to participate in the experience unless they too have purchased an experience voucher. Please note the experiences may vary slightly.

We would ask that anyone with epilepsy be accompanied by a carer for their experience. The majority of our experiences are suitable, please call the team to discuss before booking.
